These Patio Homes are located directly across from the south driving range, overlook both the 2nd and 13th holes of the Golden Marsh golf course and have a community pool.

This private village has only 15 homes located on large lots with views of the 2nd and 3rd holes of the Golden Marsh golf course. This village has its own community pool with a covered BBQ area.

Dewberry consists of single family patio homes with two car garages. Dewberry overlooks the 13th hole on the Golden Marsh golf course.
