Harbour Ridge’s Marina & Condo Rental Program*

A new program to rent a condominium and a boat slip at Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club for the winter – or longer!

As a seasonal member, you can enjoy our amenities for little more than the cost of winterizing your boat in the North. Our new program provides you with a taste of Harbour Ridge living – amazing waterfront access and first-class country club facilities, all in one place. Program participants enjoy a condominium rental, boat slip and access to all Harbour Ridge facilities for $6,000 per month*.

Harbour Ridge is an 885-acre country club community located on the North Fork of the St. Lucie River offering 695 residences, two miles of beautifully-maintained waterfront property, first-class club facilities and 98 boat slips accommodating boats ranging from 24-70 feet. Harbour Ridge is just three miles from the Intracoastal Waterway and 55 miles to the west end of the Bahamas. Offering deep water and ocean access, we are a boater’s and angler’s dream.

Marina & Condo Rental Participants will enjoy:

Two miles of private waterfront with three private marinas

Dockage for boats from 24-70 ft.

Requirements and Guidelines:

Application and vessel approval provided by the Membership Office and Marina Committee, along with submission of a picture of the vessel (include emergency evacuation plan, contact information and credit card information on the application, well as name of responsible local party)

Length of boat is stated model length, this may not include swim platform and bowsprit, but must comply with our slip sizes

Proof of Insurance in amount of $300,000, minimum

Slip sizes are subject to availability

Available for a minimum of one month

Limit of two seasons for this program

Guests of the Marina BU in program, other than spouse/significant other and children up to the age of 25, must pay normal guest fees for Club use. Limited to a total of six people including the BU and family.

Compliance with all HRYCC and Marina rules and regulations, as well as local noise ordinances

Program/BU Boat privileges may be canceled at any time at discretion of the Board if violation of published rules and procedures

All published rules and procedures must be adhered to as stated in Harbour Ridge Rules and Regulations for Marina and all facilities accessed by the BU

*This program is available only to individuals who do not own real estate in St. Lucie, Martin or Indian River Counties and is subject to availability.

HRYCC is a proud member of the FCYC which has access to 35 additional clubs at no charge.
