CULINARY PROWESS TAKES CENTER STAGE ON THE WATERFRONT OF THIS FLORIDA GOLF CLUB

A great culinary experience captivates all the senses. A beautiful setting to see, friends to converse with, and of course, incredible food to smell and taste. Yet some believe that only five-star restaurants can combine all the senses in a masterful way. In Florida's Treasure Coast, five-star dining is a regular part of life for Members of Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club. Stretching along the North Fork of the St. Lucie River, the 45,000-square-foot Clubhouse is home to three on-site dining venues that leave Members coming back for more. Let's dive into the menus and events that residents cherish within this private golf club community.

GRILLE ROOM & LOUNGE

The Grille Room & Lounge provides a relaxed and comfortable setting for lunch, dinner, or drinks. Its open kitchen and the pizza oven make it an appealing choice for families, including children and grandchildren who relish the opportunity to watch the chefs at work. Members often convene here after a round of golf or a tennis match to enjoy happy hour while discussing their latest victories on the outdoor covered patio. The Grille Room's lunch specials offer a delightful selection of casual bites, featuring burgers, patty melts, short rib chili bowls, salads, and more.

DOCKSIDE PAVILION

Dockside Pavilion's a la carte dining venue is the ideal gathering place to enjoy live music and cocktails while watching the beautiful sunset colors reflect on the estuary waters. Donated by the Yacht Club, this pub venue hosts a variety of special events, including "Docktails," weddings, and private Member parties. Its close proximity to the clubhouse fosters a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor entertainment and dining areas. On Sundays, Dockside transforms into Sportside, offering sports fans a place to watch their favorite games on eight big-screen TVs. Members can also enjoy a special menu that includes buffalo or honey barbecue chicken wings, brick-oven pizzas, sirloin burgers, bogey dogs with chili, and a selection of draft beers.

RIVERVIEW DINING ROOM

The elegant Riverview Dining Room hosts the Club's gala affairs, special functions, and large private parties. A variety of dining areas are available to suit Members' moods, from terrace dining overlooking the St. Lucie River to the Captain's Table with its own fireplace and bar. With an ever-evolving menu, the Riverview Dining Room showcases the freshest seasonal flavors. Signature dishes of the fall season include sweet potato pecan-crusted salmon, butternut squash risotto, and a mouthwatering turkey pot pie.

MEMORABLE CULINARY EVENTS

Accompanying the exceptional menus is an array of dining events designed to cater to every interest. One such addition this year is Corks & Forks, an innovative dining concept hosted every other Friday at the Riverview Dining Room. This intimate event allows Members to savor a Prix Fixe menu custom-curated by the Club's executive chef within the cozy ambiance of the Captain's Table. For those seeking diverse culinary adventures, the monthly Chef's Nights are a highlight, featuring unique themes, chef-attended food stations, and an a la carte menu. Additionally, the season is filled with holiday dinners, barbecue events, wine nights, and more, ensuring Members can always look forward to an exciting and unique dining experience.
