Michael is a Platinum Producing, Realtor-Associate at Frankel-Ball Realty. He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In his previous career as a PGA Golf Professional, he was blessed to have the opportunity to work at many prestigious golf facilities including: TPC Sawgrass and Old Marsh Golf Club. During his tenure at Old Marsh, he was the recipient of the PGA Assistant Golf Professional of the Year Award for the southeast Florida region.

After transitioning his career to real estate, Michael’s strong work ethic and attention to detail create a seamless experience for all his clients. Frankel-Ball Realty specializes in luxury real estate, including conducting business in some of the most exclusive private clubs in southeast Florida. With Michael’s knowledge of the prestigious luxury communities that line the coast of southeast Florida, he is an incredible asset for anyone buying, selling, or relocating to a southeast Florida private club community.

Michael regularly participates in many real estate educational platforms in order to constantly remain on the cutting edge of this rapidly changing industry. He has earned many real estate educational certifications including: Member of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists, Accredited Buyers’ Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Certified Negotiation Expert, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, Green Home Specialist, Senior’s Real Estate Specialist, and is currently studying to earn his Broker’s License.

Gwen and her late husband, Joe, became members of Harbour Ridge in 1985. During that time, they have owned six properties within the community. They were the “first” resale when they sold their Mile Lake condo after completion of their first home in Mariner Village. She likes to tell the story about there being “no 4-way stop” when they first became members!

As avid golfers, as well as boaters, Harbour Ridge could not have been a better destination. Their love for the community is confirmed by a 35 year membership.

After a successful Computer Software Training career, along with getting a private pilots’ license, Gwen received her State of Florida Real Estate Sales License in 2009. She has been active in listing and selling properties in both Martin and St. Lucie Counties, but has devoted most of her Real Estate career to Harbour Ridge.

I have been an active and successful Real Estate associate for the past 20 years. I believe one must have experience, knowledge of and a passionate desire in what one does to be successful. Being prepared and staying focused with a positive attitude is my daily goal. Years have taught me that being supportive of those I work with creates a strong and effective team. Albert Schweitzer stated that “Success is not the key to happiness- happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful”. I do love what I do, and I can say that I am happy and proud of my success to have served those who value my expertise.

My first business entrepreneur venture of 15 incredible years was Seventh Heaven, a full service spa and fitness center which continues to do business today under new ownership with 30 years of ongoing success. Both businesses have been not only financially rewarding but have given me the opportunity and pleasure to assist and support my many clients’ needs. The ultimate reward of both businesses is the many people and friendships that have developed over the years.

I carry 4 real estate credentials, ABR, CRS, CMAS and GRI and am a member of the Martin County Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. Born in Maine, grew up in Massachusetts in my young years and later in Alabama, then to an amazing life adventure in Colorado. I have two successful boys who graduated from Auburn University who are quite successful in their chosen careers and continue to make their Mother proud. Both found their ideal mates and I have two grandchildren, ages 6 and 3 and two grand-dogs who bring so much joy into all of our lives.

I currently have the pleasure to extend my real estate experience to Florida residents and hold my Florida license in the office of Harbour Ridge Realty, Inc. located in Palm City. As I continue in my real estate career, I count it a blessing to assist those I meet in the process of home buying, selling, or renting. ‘Service Beyond Your Expectations’ is my promise to my clients. Eileen and her family moved to Michigan from Ohio in 1981 as General Motors’ transferees bringing their combined family of 8 children and dog, Pepper. Over the years Eileen and her family have lived in 5 different States. She understands first-hand the challenges and emotions associated with buying and selling homes and relocating to new areas.

As a former member of the St Clair Yacht Club and the Detroit Boat Club, She understands the unique requirements associated with the ‘membership lifestyle’. Eileen states “I consider it an honor to be working with the Harbour Ridge Realty group and representing such a beautiful community. I’m looking forward to helping current and future HRYCC members achieve their real estate goals.”

She has been a licensed Real Estate Professional in Michigan since 1996, received her Real Estate Broker status in 2000, and expanded into Florida in 2016. Eileen has demonstrated success as a Trainer, Office Manager, Owner, and Sales Specialist along Michigan’s eastern coast from the Grosse Pointes to Port Huron. In Florida, Eileen provides real estate services to clients in Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Eileen holds the professional designations of: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and most recently Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Many years of her career have been spent working in the residential new construction and luxury fields.

Christy born in Rhode Island, raised in Vernon, CT, and has been a resident of Florida since 1992. She has a unique wealth of business knowledge from over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, accounting, and finance. Christy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and since has been passionate about gaining knowledge and fundamentals of the real estate industry. In today’s competitive business environment, she understands that it takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. As a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, one of the most valuable real estate designations, Christy is a successful real estate professional who performs at an ever-increasing level of expertise. Also having a certification in Pricing Strategy Advisor, she enhanced her skills in pricing properties and guiding clients through the anxieties and questions they often have about home value.

With her knowledge of Florida real estate and specialization in esteemed golf communities and waterfront residential properties, Christy was awarded 2012 Realtor of the Year for Martin Country Realtors Association and has held multiple leadership positions at the Martin County Realtors® of the Treasure Coast (MCRTC) including Director of the Board of Directors, Treasurer/Secretary and Vice-President between 2009 and 2020.
