Honda Classic – PGA National Resort & Spa

Make way for the PGA Tour as it stops for its annual visit to PGA National.  A hole-in-one for players and fans alike, as the Champion Course becomes home and host to the prestigious Honda Classic. Played on one of the PGA TOUR’s absolute toughest, this celebrated course features the famous and (often infamous) hardest three-hole stretch in all of pro golf, the legendary Bear Trap. 27th Annual Downtown Stuart Art Festival

Over the years, this festival has established itself as one of the main art fairs in Martin County. The Stuart Festival of the Arts is set up along Osceola Street in Stuart’s historic downtown area. This event brings together some of the best artists in the nation, displaying life-size sculptures, spectacular paintings, one-of-a-kind jewels, photography and more. The Lyric Theater Shows

From tenors to dogs, these shows will have you coming back for more at this historical downtown Stuart hot spot. Friday and Saturday 3 Redneck Tenors are back again with “Shut Up and Sing!” The three tenors are as classically trained as they are funny. Featuring Matthew Lord, Blake Davidson, and Jonathan Fruge, with music arranged by the award-winning composer Craig Bohmler. Featuring music ranging from country, to gospel, Broadway, and classical, the group is widely celebrated for their hilarious comedy routines blended seamlessly with professional musical numbers. For the dog lover in all of us the Lyric Theater is presenting Mutts Gone Nuts. Mutts Gone Nuts is a unique comedy thrill show featuring some of the most talented dogs you’ll ever see. Guided Hikes at The Oxbow Eco-Center

Get the nature lover in you out the door to enjoy the beautiful Florida winter. With 225 acres located adjacent to the North Fork of the St. Lucie River, there is a lot to discover at the Oxbow. Join the staff on Saturdays (November through April) from 9 to 10 a.m. for a free guided hike and learn about the interplay of plants and animals that exists in some of Florida’s natural habitats.
