Harbour Ridge Realty had a very successful year! Despite all the distractions of 2020, Harbour Ridge and the Treasure Coast real estate markets are strong. Harbour Ridge Realty, our onsite real estate team has been very busy, with several residences currently under contract and new listings becoming available in the coming weeks. At the end of September, the team celebrated having the highest-selling condominium since 2009, based on MLS sales data for condos.
